Dear Friends:

We are delighted to welcome you to the website for the Unitarian Universalists of Gettysburg. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us.

We are a vibrant group of creative people seeking to support one another in ways that comfort, challenge and inspire. As a people who bring open minds and hearts to religious and social issues, we covenant to journey together, celebrating our humanity and our differences and as we follow our individual searches toward truth and meaning.

You are beloved and you are welcome here just as you are. All of who you are is sacred. At the same time we invite all who enter our doors to stretch in ways that invite personal and collective growth.

UUG is a member congregation of the Unitarian Universalist Association, and, as such, we affirm and promote Unitarian Universalist principles and values. You can learn more at www.uua.org.

With us you will find companionship, a variety of worship experiences – both clergy and lay-led, stimulating adult religious education opportunities, a celebration of all manner of families, invitations for fellowship and fun and a commitment to move toward spiritual wholeness by working to build a diverse, multicultural Beloved Community through our actions.

Whether you decide to visit us this Sunday or three years from now, you are and will be most welcome here. We look forward to meeting you.

In Loving Service – Rev. Cindy Terlazzo
